The THSA’s Increasing Adoption of Direct Messaging Workgroup is sharing with the community a “tool kit”  on Direct Messaging.  As stakeholders ramp up to implement closed loop referrals, having this information could be invaluable.  Closed loop referrals automation can cut days off the referral process and eliminate manual entry.  This is an incredible benefit to patients, families, and staff.
