Participate in Advisory Groups
For the ONC STAR HIE Grant Situational Awareness for Novel Epidemic Response (SANER) project.The Texas Health Services Authority (THSA), HASA, and Audacious Inquiry are forming a advisory groups to provide guidance for the ONC STAR HIE Grant Situational Awareness for Novel Epidemic Response (SANER) project. Your participation, or a designee’s, is requested. The first meeting will be scheduled for Early December.
Please contact THSA to sign up for either the Technology Advisory Group (TAG) or the Policy Advisory Group (PAG). The TAG will advise on issues affecting the technical development of the SANER project to transmit automated situational awareness data in real time. The end result of this workgroup will be to develop a technical framework that can move the project from pilot to implementation. The PAG will advise on policy, regulatory and legal issues affecting the transfer of situational awareness data. The end result of this workgroup will be to develop a policy and legal framework for the exchange of situational awareness data that may be replicated across Texas and the rest of the nation.
